1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and j55 Casino ("j55," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the j55 platform, including the website at j55.club, all games, promotions, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

j55 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the j55 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style gambling.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of j55, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the j55 Platform for any reason.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

j55 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended and any winnings may be voided.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the j55 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. j55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

You must notify j55 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. j55 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized use.

Account verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") may be required before processing withdrawals or at any time at j55's discretion. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the j55 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). j55 supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at j55's discretion.

Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. j55 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• j55 reserves the right to apply a minimum withdrawal amount, which will be communicated on the Platform.
• Withdrawals to GCash are typically processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• j55 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of fraud checks, KYC verification, or investigation of suspected Terms violations.

j55 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which j55 bears no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

j55 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. j55 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• j55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the j55 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within each game interface.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on j55's servers, the server record shall be deemed authoritative. j55 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures on the player's device or internet connection.

j55 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, software malfunction, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j55 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or other users' experience.

8. Responsible Gaming

j55 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is strictly for entertainment purposes and is available to players aged 21 and above only. j55 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the j55 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of j55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of j55.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

j55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j55 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Privacy

j55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. j55 will not sell your personal data to third parties.

12. Amendments to These Terms

j55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, j55 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and cease using the Platform.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall first be submitted to j55's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
